Complaints and Appeals

Should you wish to lodge a complaint about the School Registered Training Organisation      (RTO – 30494) or appeal a decision, including an assessment outcome, it is encouraged that complaints are put in writing and are forwarded to the RTO manager or Principal.

All formal complaints and appeals will be heard and decided on within 60 calendar days. Should resolution of the complaint or appeal require longer than 60 days, notification for the reasons of this will be provided to the complainant by the school RTO in writing.
