Year 12 Hospitality Students hosted patrons for an afternoon high tea event. This event forming part of their assessment, the Year 12 students donned their finest aprons and put their best foot forward for the occasion. Attendees were treated to a sumptuous array of hand-made sweet and savoury treats coupled with barista-made beverages. With event styling also quintessential to event success, fresh roses in glass votives were placed down the centre of the tables adding a splash of colour and a most delicate aroma to the room. Compliments a plenty, as the annual event delivered on all sensory levels and left patrons more than satisfied, looking to come back next year.
